Congratulations, you have found the love of your life. You are so excited to be engaged. You have someone who loves you and you love them back.
You announce to all your family and friends "Yes we are getting married." Then the questions start, "When is the big day?" "Have you picked a location?" "How many people are you having?" "Who is in the wedding party?"
Oh my goodness, so many things you never really thought about before you got engaged. There are the big decisions that need to be made, and hopefully you and your new fiancé can come to an agreement on the date, the ceremony and reception locations, the CELEBRANT, photographers, transport, flowers, hair and makeup, rings, the guest list, invitations, gift registry, and most importantly THE BUDGET. Everything else flows from there. It's a pretty crazy time and often quite stressful.
Now while you are planning this amazing day, don't forget that you are both a team and two people in love. The wedding day is just that, a day where you celebrate you union with your family and friends. After that day you become a married couple and it is intended that you will spend the rest of your life together.
Don't forget the little things, remember to make time for each other and enjoy this most exciting time in your lives together.
